MENTORSHIP / GROWTH / PASSION

    BUILT ON CONNECTION

Hockey is about more than developing skills. It’s about building confidence, learning from experience, and understanding what it takes to reach the next level. At Next Shift Hockey Camps, players gain valuable insights from experienced hockey players who share the lessons, challenges, and habits that have shaped their own development. Through focused training and meaningful connections, we aim to help every player leave with a stronger game, a better understanding of what it takes to improve, and the motivation to keep pushing forward.

THE NEXT SHIFT EXPERIENCE

  • A pair of black and white ice skates with white laces and a white blade.

    ON ICE DEVELOPMENT

Five days of focused on-ice sessions built around hockey fundamentals, from skating and stickhandling to shooting. Through game scenarios and competitive drills, players develop a strong foundation and sharpen their skills with every session.

    OFF ICE SKILLS

Daily skill drills designed to become habits through repetition and consistency. These small details make the difference between good and great players, helping develop the skills and confidence needed to compete at a higher level.

    OFF ICE DRYLAND

Five days of off-ice development featuring collaborative games and team-based challenges to build communication and teamwork. Hockey-specific strength, speed, and agility training help players transfer their off-ice development into improved on-ice performance.
